- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had debilitating back pain for many years and I had been to many physios, chiros and doctors and no-one was able to help. At The Physio Practice they were able to explain clearly the cause of my back pain and then fix it with a mix of hands-on treatments and exercises and teach me how to manage it and prevent it from happening again.
